A B C D E for Prioritizing Right !

The most precious thing in the life of a person is "Time".
When you look back, you either have things well Done or ones you couldn't accomplish. Every day of life allows you to be a better person and do better.
The better version of you is an outcome of the first step you take. What is that "better version" of you would look like, and what would "He" say to today's version of you.
For many, the answer comes simple "Don't procrastinate". As Brain Tracy mentions in his book "No Excuses", there is nothing like "Someday I will do". The "Someday island" does not exist.
Every day you have an OPTION to be SUCCESSFUL and HAPPY or DELAY and find an EXCUSEYou can come out of this trap called Tomorrow and Someday.
You can do it with an effortless habit. Build your every day "Success List" or "Progressive wins".What you want to achieve by the end of the day write it as a list. Endure that feeling when seeing a "tick ðŸ—¸" against each item you have listed, it brings you happiness. Now at the start of the day, you know how your better version looks. That's half battle won.

Now you may ask me "Karthik, there are n number of things I want to do. Can I do everything?". Yes, you can, but, do you need to do it?
Often we measure the day with how many activities are done and very less on how much value the work you did add back.
Everything we do in a day has a 4D view .Do, Differ, Delegate and Delete.
If you can start viewing with this 4D lens, you know what adds value and what is of no importance.
You might start seeing everything as do, do, do and is natural we sometimes fail to group them due to anxiety of doing it or lack of trust in Someone to do it for you.

Here is a fundamental A B C D E for prioritizing you list
A:  Absolute Must. 20% of your efforts on A list of items will generate 80% of the outcome. Not doing this will have serious consequences.
B: Better do it. It may not have immediate consequences but doing it now will ensure you save time and energy in future
C: Choice. You have a choice. Either do it or differ it. Not doing this will not have consequences. You choose to do it so you will do it
D: Delegate it. You don't need your time on this. It is somebody else job, or Someone else is better at doing it. Just let it go
E: Exclude. It has no value and significance. Delete this from your list.

When you prepare your success list for the day, Mark each item as A B C D E. and as you progress the day give priority for your A list items.
Never do a B activity until you Finish the A's in the list.
Be consistent and try out you will see results. Can  I tell you a piece of good news, you don't need to wait for a New year, Monday, or  A special occasion to start this.
TRUST ME YOU CAN START TODAY, NOW, THIS MOMENT! Seize the moment

I know you want to change and change always starts with the First Step.
For better you and Better for you, Try it now.
