Should Enginners go outside the country and work?

The Buzz word now is the globalization.where everything is seen in the terms of progress the world is making.It is not and hasn't been individual growth it has been an together effort to make the life of mankind more comfortable and happy.
It is through this phenomenon world is moving forward.It is through sharing of knowledge we progress .as some one said
"If u have an apple and i have an apple and we exchange we still have each only one, but If you have an idea and i have an idea and we exchange we will have two"
It is this principle that multinational companies and Engineers now a days are employing.It is not where you are working.It is what you are offering to world.It is by living like a fish in ocean we would progress .Being a frog in a well will be acting as barriers for our growth.
Another valuable thing is we not only share our knowledge its also that we share our culture tradition,hegemony.Engineers who go across are the people who carry this traditions across the world.
If you people remember of Religious conference attended by SwamiVivekanada who thought the world about our tradition.If he hasn't gone across all the distance will the world have ever learnt the cultural heritage we posses.
Engineers who are going abroad are the carriers of this traditions.
If Americans haven't shared their knowledge with world then would we ever witness computers.If newton didn't say up would we ever know about gravity.
The IT world right now is moving with same motto.we are working together,engineers are moving across the globe learning things bringing the vibrant knowledge back to the nations.
Is there a really a barrier called nation?
everything started from Adam and eve aren't we siblings of same ancestors.Today when we say a nation i fear why wont we say our state tomorrow and then my city.Will we go and divide ourselves.
I would like the world to be seen as one not as composition of nations.Then the concept of outside country is never thought of.
I would like to summarize by a classic example of IPL.what is it .a bunch of talent working together to raise the standards of game.world UNITY.
That's what i want to convey we are all together working for mankind.The concept of engineers going out and working is pretty same as saying lets divide.
We Will move forward treating this land as mother land . lets identify ourselves as mankind rather than a nations citizen

    No one is against sharing knowledge but the bottom line is that is whether our motherland is getting back its fair share from us or not?
